Tea Seasoned with Salt and Butter, Tibetan Style
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon regular black tea (preferably Nepalese or Indian)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted soft butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Boil tea with milk for 2-5 min, depending upon the strength of tea desired; strain into a tea cup. Add butter, salt and sugar if desired. Stir thoroughly and serve hot.
